A true UGLY can be identified by its large size, delightful aroma of caramel and chocolate, and the irresistable urge of those who see it to exclaim, "Man, that is one UGLY muffin!" ...but it don't have to be pretty to taste this good.

When are you open?
Monday through Thursday we are open 7am to 8pm. On Friday we are open 7am to 9pm. And on Saturdays we're open 8am to 9pm. On Sundays we're open 8am to 5pm.

What is an Inside Out Pocket?
A Philadelphia favorite! Fresh dough is packed with your favorite stuffings, folded, sealed, and then deep fried to a golden brown. Each is served with red sauce, garlic butter, and chips.
What is a Panini?
A Panini is a hot, grilled sandwich. Our Panini sandwiches are stuffed with delicious toppings that are served best toasted. If you prefer a cold sandwich, please check out our traditional sandwich items.
What are my choices of bread?
Our fresh baked breads include Sourdough White, Rustic Ciabata, French Carving Loaf, Multigrain, Pretzel Roll, Marble Rye, Rosemary Herb Focaccia, Milano Sub roll and plain white bread. If you prefer, you can also get your choice menu item on a bagel, croissant, english muffin, or biscuit.
What are my choices of sauce?
Our sandwiches are a treat topped with your choice of our signature homemade herb pesto aioli, roasted red pepper aioli, horseradish aioli, dijonaise, honey mustard, or mayonnaise. Our chef's reccomendations are listed on the menu.
Are your salads pre-made?
Our salads are made fresh to your order so if, for instance, you prefer extra feta cheese or no onions just let us know.
What items do you have for Vegetarians?
Our vegetable soup has a beef based broth. We also offer sandwiches with Portabella mushrooms, Squash, and Zucchini. Give us a call if you have specific questions about your health and diet.
CATERING
Do you make catering platters?
Yes, we have quite a variety. Click here to visit our "Catering Menu" page to see a menu and call us with any questions.
Can I make a platter order days in advance?
Yes, we can even deliver it directly to your office or party if its within our two mile delivery range.
DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free.
When do you deliver?
We deliver all day! Before 4pm there is a $15 minimum order. After 4pm there is a $10 minimum order.
Do you take a credit card over the phone?
Certainly. We'll give you the total and you can even add a tip for the driver to your charge.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver in a two mile radius. If you're not certain if you're in our delivery range, please give us a call.
SPECIAL REQUEST
Do you sell menu items in bulk - like for instance an entire loaf of bread or a pound of your delicious lunchmeat?
We'll soon be selling Ugly Muffin signature items online. Currently bulk items need to be ordered in advance and can be inquired over the phone or in person at our establishment.
Can you let me know what your specials are every day?
We'll soon have a system in place that will email you our specials on a daily basis. Thank you for your interest and excitement in this feature.
Can you make one of your specials on a day it's unlisted?
All you have to do is ask and we'll try our best to accomodate. If you have a regular favorite, please let us know so we can consider it for our regular menu. |
